Built to My Standards — Engineered in Wyoming.

LAPre LLC started out of pure workbench frustration right here in Gillette, Wyoming, USA. Like most dedicated handloaders and competitive shooters, I got tired of dealing with cheap commercial plastics, loose factory play, and critical case-processing tools that flexed under heavy use. I wanted gear that held tight, predictable concentricity—so I sat down in CAD and engineered the mechanical solutions myself.

Simplistic Efficiency & Match-Grade Tolerances

Simplistic efficiency is the ultimate goal for every upgrade we manufacture. They are engineered to work exactly as they need to, without unnecessary complexity or marketing fluff. In reloading for precision rifle shooting, time is money, and loose tolerances waste both. I don’t accept half-perfect tolerances for my own reloading setups, so I refuse to sell them to anyone else.

Brutal Validation & Material Stress Testing

Before a single product hits our store page, it undergoes a brutal quality-control validation process. Achieving our rigorous standards required countless tolerance tests, continuous mechanical redesigns, and a massive pile of ruined prototype prints. We didn’t stop until our solid ASA trimming jigs and high-density, low-friction case inserts could easily hold up to abusive, high-volume brass prep runs and rough field transit.

The Fixed Batch Drop Model: No Backorders, Next-Day Shipping

We run a lean, debt-free, independent machine shop operating on a strict Fixed Batch Drop model. To guarantee absolute quality control and elite customer service, we do not participate in pre-orders, backorders, or endless manufacturer lead times.

Every single tool is physically validated on real match brass using our precision Mitutoyo micrometers and calipers. If an item says it is in stock on our store page, it is 100% verified, sitting on the shelf, and ships out the next business day.
